• Movie: Soul by Pixar

Description of the Tool:

Step 1: Find the movie ‘Soul’

Step 2: Watch the movie

Step 3: In a journal reflect about these points:

• What is your passion in life?
• What was your favourite scene from the movie? Why did you choose that scene?
• Was there a moment in the movie which challenged you in some way or another?
• Which quote from the movie will you remember? Why?

Step 4: Write this quote on a card and leave it in a place where you can see it frequently.
