Time needed: 15 minutes, 3 times a day

Description of the Tool:

Being busy and productive might be seen as a badge of honour. The pressure to achieve even during leisure time can be draining. Being in this position can make simple moments which bring
joy slip out of your awareness.

Step 1: Think of moments where you feel happy.

Step 2: Consciously, dedicate 15 minutes for 3 times a day and promise yourself three daily pockets of time to do something which makes you happy. This can be taking a stroll, closing your eyes and counting your blessings, listening to music, looking at the clouds…


Step 3: Try to do this exercise and catch your breath as many times as you need. The busier you feel, the more you need to stop and take a break.
