To distinguish various time frames during the day

Time needed:

  • 45 minutes 

Group size:

  • 15 students

Age of students:

  • 7 years old

Materials needed:

  • Mini whiteboards
  • Different photos of different times of day

Description of the tool:

  • Teacher shows picture of different times of day (morning, night, afternoon, noon, etc)
  • Students have to write down what time of day they think it is on their mini whiteboards. This will create a learning stimulus to identify the activities that they do with the division of time in morning/noon/afternoon time frames.
